About David

David Dunsmuir was born in Saint John, New Brunswick, and worked as a radio broadcaster before earning a First Class Honours degree in history from the University of New Brunswick in 1987. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of British Columbia in 1991 and has been a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick since 1993. Before entering private practice he served as a Clerk, Court Administrator, and Deputy Registrar of the Court of Queen's Bench and Probate Court of New Brunswick. His practice covers business law, civil litigation and insurance claims, elder law, family law, real estate, and wills and estates. David is a guest lecturer for the Public Legal Information Society of New Brunswick and a past paralegal instructor at Eastern College.
