About Jonathan

Boivin began his career at the Direction des poursuites criminelles et penales, handling numerous significant files including appeals, before moving into private practice in 2012 to defend clients directly. He has pleaded before various judicial and administrative tribunals at trial and appeal, including jury trials, developing expertise in criminal and penal law.
