David Carstairs-Weir has international experience in real estate law, corporate law, and intellectual property. He holds an Honours BA, Honours LLB, and an Honours LLM in International Commercial Law & Intellectual Property Law. He began his career with Smart & Biggar in Montreal, followed by roles at Allbright Law in Shanghai, Crone Law Group in San Francisco, and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Vancouver before taking over Mary L. Galbraith Law Office in 2014. He's admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Law Society of British Columbia.
