About David
David Bresver is a partner whose commercial real estate practice spans secured financing at both large and mid-market scales, plus leasing, lending, development, and land assembly. He advises clients on both commercial and corporate matters and has closed numerous acquisitions and dispositions over his career. He currently serves as a director of several private real estate companies in Toronto. He earned a BA from the University of Toronto in 1968 and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1971, and he was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1973. He has taught the real property section of the bar admission course and served as a spokesperson for a Toronto Star home-buying series. He also belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
