Daley Law Office is a family law practice with an office in London, Ontario. Darlene Daley was called to the Ontario bar in 2002 and started an independent practice, later known as Daley Law, in 2003. The firm limits its work to family law, handling parenting time and decision making, child and spousal support, and property division for separating and divorcing families, along with negotiated agreements such as marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements signed before a relationship ends.

Daley Law describes its approach as being reasonable, being civil, and treating litigation as a last resort, and favors negotiation, family mediation, and collaborative family law before going to court. When a case does need to go to court, Daley Law represents clients in the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. The firm also offers unbundled, limited scope services, so a client can hire a lawyer for one part of a case, such as a single settlement meeting or drafting motion materials, rather than the whole file. Beyond London, Daley Law also serves clients in Huron and Perth County, according to its own homepage; founder Darlene Daley was born in Exeter, a community in Huron County about 40 kilometres north of London, and has said the firm plans to keep practicing family law there, calling it home territory.
