About Darcy
Darcy Shurtz was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2016 after growing up in the Lethbridge area. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University in 2014, having previously attended Athabasca University. Darcy completed his articles with Connolly & Associates and has continued practising as an associate at the firm since. He practices in all aspects of criminal defence and appears regularly in criminal court in Lethbridge, Taber, Fort Macleod, and Cardston, with experience in cases involving impaired driving, assault, property offences, and drug-related offences.
