About Dany

Dany Lachance has been a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec since 1986 and holds a law degree from the Faculté de droit de l'Université de Sherbrooke. Lachance's practice covers real estate law, business and personal financing, corporate law, and estate settlements, along with family matters such as wills and protection mandates, and is accredited to present non-contentious applications including will verification, protection-mandate homologation, and protective regimes. Lachance previously taught notarial law at Université de Sherbrooke and has been active with municipal and community organizations and the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
