Daniel Roussin is senior counsel and a partner at AVENS Montréal, called to the Barreau du Québec in 1982 after earning his LL.L. from the Université d'Ottawa in 1981. He has more than 35 years of experience advising small and medium-sized enterprises on business law, mergers and acquisitions, financing, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and commercial arbitration and mediation, with a focus on international expansion across Montreal, Dubai, and Geneva. He is a qualified practitioner before the Dubai International Financial Centre and an international arbitrator with the DIAC, and he founded Concerto, an international legal network of 18 member firms.
