About Daniel

Daniel K. Moorhouse received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Toronto and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1971. He is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the American Bar Association, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is a former Sessional Instructor II with the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor and previously taught business law in the Law Society of Ontario's Bar Admission Course. His practice covers business law, real estate law, wills, powers of attorney and estates, and employment law, with litigation limited to those areas. He holds a peer-reviewed Martindale-Hubbell rating of 4.4 out of 5.0.
