About Daniel

Daniel Brook founded Brook Legal Inc. in 2012, shortly after completing a six-month articling term at a boutique Montreal law firm. He practices primarily in family law, commercial shareholder disputes, and general civil liability, and favors a practical, budget-conscious strategy tailored to each client's situation. Under his leadership, Brook Legal has grown from a solo practice into a firm with several lawyers and articling students. His brother Joseph Brook joined the firm as a partner in 2017.
