About Daniel

Daniel Bernstein has focused the practice on family law since entering the profession. Daniel has handled family law matters at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, and takes a collaborative approach with clients, aiming to act as a clear and reliable source of guidance from start to finish. Daniel studied sociology and anthropology at the University of Toronto before completing a law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, taking part in the Family Law Project and the Mediation Intensive Program. Daniel has written and co-authored several papers and now concentrates on written advocacy and research involving complex family law issues. At Frodis, Daniel sets expectations early in a matter, building a strategy clients understand and support, and draws on knowledge of case law and judicial trends to develop creative proposals.
