Dani Ann Robichaud is the founder and president of La Boîte Juridique. She holds two law degrees (LL.B./LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa, where she also completed four years of specialized training in business, marketing, and international affairs. She was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1994 and has practiced privately since then, founding her first firm the year after her call to the bar. Her practice concentrates on business law, bankruptcy, and litigation, and she has appeared before administrative tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Ontario (sitting in bankruptcy), and the Court of Appeal of Québec. She has volunteered on the boards of several nonprofit and educational organizations in the Outaouais region and is a member of the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce.
