About Dana

Dana Graves was born and raised in Manitoba and earned his Bachelor of Arts and law degree at the University of Manitoba. He has practiced as a lawyer in British Columbia since 1993, working in settings ranging from one or two person offices to large Vancouver litigation firms, and has been with Hemmerling and Associates since 2009. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, including Supreme Court judge-alone and jury trials and matters before the Court of Appeal, and prepares every case to be argued at trial while seeking reasonable settlement opportunities. He has lived in South East Kelowna since 2005 and has served as a director of not-for-profit societies including the Kelowna Child Care Society and East Kelowna Community Hall Association.
