Dan Marcotte has lived and worked in Prince George since 1980. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with degrees in Commerce and Business Administration, focused on Finance and Land Economics, and in Law, and he later earned a Master of International Business Law from the University of Lyon II and a Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Lyon. He practices with an emphasis on corporate, business, and real estate law, and created econveyance, an early internet-based platform for real estate conveyancing professionals. Dan was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2016, sits as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the College of New Caledonia, and is an instructor in the Catholic University of Lyon's International Business Law program.
