Damian Penny has over twenty-five years of experience practising family law in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador. His office is in Dartmouth, and he practises throughout Nova Scotia. His work covers divorce, child custody and access, and child support, and he represents parents in child protection matters brought by the Department of Community Services or Mi'kmaw Family and Children's Services. He also acts as Guardian ad Litem, representing children's interests in court, and offers unbundled legal services for clients who want guidance and document review without full representation. He is a Notary Public for the Province of Nova Scotia.
