About Daman

Daman Singh Mander is a trial lawyer practising criminal defence, civil forfeiture, and professional liability matters in Surrey, Vancouver, and across the Lower Mainland, including Langley, Delta, the Tri-Cities, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack. He conducts consultations and represents clients in English and Punjabi. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and a BA in Criminology and Philosophy from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. He appears before the Provincial and Supreme Court of British Columbia and is regulated by the Law Society of British Columbia through Mander Law Corporation. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (BC), and the Surrey Bar Association.
