About Dale

Dale H. Lastman chairs Goodmans LLP, with a practice centred on corporate, commercial, and securities matters, providing counsel on public securities offerings, M&A transactions, and corporate restructurings. He is a director at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. and holds the title of Alternate Governor for both the NHL and the NBA; he chaired the CFL's Board of Governors from 2019 to 2022 and now holds the Governor role representing the Toronto Argonauts. He also sits on the boards of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust and, separately, Roots Corporation, and has served Baycrest Health Sciences as both a director and its former chair.
