About D.

D. Bruce Sevigny is a partner at Sevigny Dupuis LLP and has practised exclusively in Ontario labour and employment law for more than 25 years. He advises clients on wrongful dismissal, employment contracts, labour board proceedings, human rights complaints and arbitration, and has more than 120 reported decisions on CanLII. He graduated from Queen's University's law school in 1990 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1992. He founded his first boutique employment law firm in 2001, co-founded Sevigny Westdal LLP in 2006, and co-founded Sevigny Dupuis LLP in 2019 with Marie-France Dupuis. He also teaches as a sessional lecturer and speaks frequently on labour and employment law topics.
