About Cynthia

Cynthia Woods is a Toronto lawyer who has practised since 1994, focusing on wills and estates, real estate, and small business law. Her real estate work includes residential purchases and sales and mortgage refinancing, while her business work covers incorporation, corporate maintenance, and shareholder agreements. She has trained in civil collaborative law, which she applies to estate and small business disputes, and works out of Chestnut Collaborative Solutions alongside other collaborative professionals. Her practice includes advising clients with disabilities; she is a member of ARCH Disability Law Centre and has provided pro bono services through the Volunteer Lawyers Association. She also consults with businesses on Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act compliance as a partner in Woods and Jennings AODA Consulting.
