About Cory

Cory Armour was born in Kelowna and raised in Kamloops, BC. He spent two years at UCC (now TRU) before transferring to the University of Alberta in Edmonton to complete an undergraduate degree in biology and psychology, then earned his LLB from the University of Victoria. While at UVic he represented the university at the 2008 Gale Cup Moot in Toronto and spent a term working at The Law Centre, a Victoria legal clinic providing free legal services to those who cannot afford a lawyer and do not qualify for Legal Aid. He began articling with Tessmer Law in 2009 and became an associate in August 2010 when he was called to the bar, practicing criminal defence, impaired driving offences, civil forfeiture and civil litigation, and constitutional law.
