About Corey

After articling at an insurance defence boutique in Toronto, Corey Critch was called to the Ontario bar in 2016 and was called to the Alberta bar the following year, where he practised insurance defence with a leading Calgary firm. He joined Evans, Philp LLP as an associate in 2021. His court experience includes the Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and Divisional Court, along with the Alberta Provincial Court, Court of Queen's Bench, and Court of Appeal, plus matters before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen's University and a Juris Doctor from Western University (2015), and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada during law school, continuing pro bono work in Ontario and Alberta through Pro Bono Law.
