About Christopher

Christopher J. Foy practises workplace, labour, and employment law from offices in Vancouver and Toronto, serving clients across Canada. He brings over two decades of litigation experience representing both union and management clients across sectors including aviation, banking, construction, education, healthcare, and telecommunications. He is certified in mediation from Harvard Law School and in adjudication from Osgoode Hall, holds appointments on Ontario's grievance arbitrator list and British Columbia's collective agreement arbitration register, and maintains mediator status with Mediate BC. He is a member of the ADR Institute of Canada.
