About Christopher

Christopher Bungay is the senior lawyer and founder of Advantage Family Law (also known as Bungay Law Office), a Calgary firm focused exclusively on family law. He has represented clients across Canada since 2003, handling divorce and separation matters involving property division, spousal support, business assets, investments, and child custody. Christopher favours resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation where possible, but has significant courtroom experience at tribunals, mediations, provincial courts, and appeal courts across Canada when a case cannot be settled. He has additional training in investing and financial records, which he applies to help clients understand how money and real estate should be divided during a divorce. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the founder and president of the charity Sober Kids Canada.
