Christian Villeneuve has extensive experience in Aboriginal and constitutional law, having worked on significant Aboriginal title and rights claims in Alberta and British Columbia. Villeneuve advises First Nations on Aboriginal rights, governance, taxation, and economic development, and on the negotiation of land claims agreements with various levels of government. Villeneuve also provides civil litigation representation in business law, family law, and administrative law, and advises individuals and businesses on corporate matters, commercial and real estate transactions, and wills and estate documents, using negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or court proceedings depending on each client's objectives.
