About Charmaine
Charmaine Panko founded Panko Collaborative Law in Saskatoon in 2015, initially alongside her eldest daughter. She entered law school as a mature student while raising a young family and did not originally intend to practise family law, but came to focus her career on helping families separate and divorce without defaulting to litigation, building the firm around collaborative law, mediation, and interest-based resolution. She holds the honorary King's Counsel designation and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada in several specialties, including family law and mediation. She teaches Dispute Resolution in Family Law at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and trains lawyers and mediators through the CommonSense Mediation Academy. Her hourly rate is $700 plus tax.
