About Charis

Charis Ainerua is an internationally trained lawyer and currently an articling student at Manuwa Law. Her experience includes incorporating businesses within and outside Alberta, handling share transactions, drafting agreements, and managing reorganizations, amalgamations, and dissolutions. She has significant experience in corporate registry and NUANS searches and is Certified in CORES Levels I, II, and III. She is developing a focus in immigration law, corporate law, estate planning, and real estate.
