Adrian Lambert is a lawyer and the owner of Lambert IP Law, with almost two decades of experience in intellectual property law. He has been a registered patent agent since 2007 and a registered trademark agent since 2012, with experience spanning oil and gas technology, telecommunications, software engineering, construction, business systems, and medical devices. He prepares and prosecutes patent and trademark applications for clients in Canada and abroad through a network of foreign associates, and has been involved in trademark oppositions and revocation proceedings internationally. He has also handled intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and copyright actions, before the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal.
