About Chandan
Chandan Sabharwal received her B.A. in History and her LL.B. from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in January 2008, articling in Port Coquitlam before practicing in Surrey. She practices solely in family law, handling matters before the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, including parenting arrangements, guardianship, child support, spousal support, property division, and separation, prenuptial, and cohabitation agreements. Chandan is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. She has served on the board of the Newton Business Improvement Association since 2014 and was elected to the Canadian Bar Association's National Board for the 2017-18 term, representing BC.
