About Cecilia
Cecilia is the founder and managing partner of OnPoint Law, a boutique firm in Grande Prairie focused on immigration and family law, with additional services in leadership development and workplace human rights. Originally from Zimbabwe, she holds an LLB, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion, and a master's degree in human security and peacebuilding. Her legal practice has included refugee protection and spousal sponsorship cases as well as parenting and property disputes. She published a book on navigating divorce called 'Unravelled, 10 Mistakes Most People Make When Going Through Divorce and Separation.' Outside her law practice, Cecilia runs a leadership consultancy called Global People First and has served on boards including the Grande Prairie Local Immigration Partnership and the Alberta Health Services Anti-Racism Advisory Committee.
