Wills, Estates & TrustsCass Lintott is the founder of Lintott Law, which he established in 2013 to serve residents, businesses and lending institutions across Alberta, with a particular focus on Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane and Canmore. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in 1999 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law in 2003, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2004. Before founding his own firm, he articled at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP and later worked as an associate and then partner at Yuzda, Schuster & Bresky LLP and its successor firm, YSL Lawyers LLP. His practice covers real estate, foreclosures, corporate law, estate planning and litigation. He is a member of the Canadian Franchise Association and the Canadian Bar Association, and previously co-chaired the Calgary Foreclosure Section of the Canadian Bar Association, where he helped create the court's Foreclosure Fees and Disbursements Guideline. He also gives presentations on franchising, foreclosure, and mortgage fraud.
