Caroline Wang founded Wang Legal after more than 20 years practising corporate and securities law, including at Goodmans LLP and Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (now Dentons Canada LLP), and serving as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Clairvest Group.
