About Mark

Mark Killas is an estate and trust litigation lawyer in PLLR's Wills and Estates group. He advises and represents clients regarding wills, trusts, inheritances, powers of attorney, incapacity, undue influence, unjust enrichment claims, and joint ownership disputes, including wills variation claims and challenges to estate plans. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 1990 and in British Columbia in 1992.
