About Cal

Cal Friesen practices family law, including divorce, separation, custody, and property disputes, along with wills and estates and real estate conveyancing. He was called to the Bar in 1985 and has been with McRoberts Law Office LLP since shortly afterward. He holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in history along with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and has conversational knowledge of German, which he uses to assist German-speaking clients. Friesen is active in the community, having chaired the board of Westgate Mennonite Collegiate and the Council of Charleswood Mennonite Church, and has climbed Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua.
