About Busayo

Busayo Ayodele works as an associate in Koskie Minsky's Civil Litigation department, concentrating on employment law. Before coming to the firm she practiced at a boutique employment shop, helping both employees and employers work through wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, human rights complaints, and contract and policy drafting. She has argued matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2015 and a BHRM with Honours from York University in 2010, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. She belongs to the Black Female Lawyers Network and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers, among other associations.
