About Briana
Briana Leibel is an associate at Howie, Sacks & Henry, where she practises mass tort and class action litigation alongside individual injury claims. Before joining the firm she worked at CFM Lawyers, handling mass torts, class actions and personal injury matters including aviation incidents and Workers' Compensation claims, and her cases have touched on product liability, price-fixing and international law claims. She earned her law degree from the University of Victoria, where she volunteered at the student-run Law Centre clinic, and holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Alberta. She spent five years as a legal assistant at a general practice firm in St. Albert, Alberta before law school. Briana was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024.
