About Bradley

Bradley Wiffen is a partner in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Goodmans. He has significant experience with Canadian and cross-border corporate restructurings, recapitalization transactions, acquisitions, financing transactions, and related corporate and insolvency law matters, regularly acting for debtors, bondholders, ad hoc committees, court-appointed officers, plan sponsors, and purchasers. IFLR1000 has named him a Rising Star Partner, Best Lawyers has listed him among its Ones to Watch in Canada, and The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory recognizes him in financial restructuring. In 2023, Lexpert included him among lawyers under 40 in its Rising Stars program. Wiffen graduated bronze medalist in his class at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He'd previously worked as a senior associate at an international accounting firm, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and placed on the National Honour Roll of the Uniform Final Exam.
