Business & Corporate LawBradley Wright practises real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law at the Wright Law Firm in Barrhaven, Ottawa. He graduated from the University of Ottawa Law School in 1981 and was called to the Bar in 1983, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, and L'Association des juristes d'expression francaise de l'Ontario. Starting in 1995 he served four consecutive terms as a bencher of the Law Society of Ontario and is now a life bencher, having chaired its Audit and Compensation Committees and co-chaired its Real Estate Committee. He has sat on discipline hearings and the Appeal Panel since 1995 and was a trustee of the Law Foundation of Ontario and a director of LawPRO. Since 1998 he has contributed to the CCLA Real Estate Committee and helped create the standard closing forms used by Ottawa real estate lawyers, later adopted province-wide. He has taught continuing legal education seminars and guest lectured at Algonquin College and Carleton University, and co-authored Canadian Hospitality Law with Donald Longchamps.
