About Brad
Brad Teichman has more than 40 years of experience in planning and land development, property tax assessment, representation of school boards and municipalities, expropriation, and development charges. He regularly appears before the Assessment Review Board, the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Toronto Local Appeal Body, and the Courts. He received his BA from York University and his LLB from the University of Windsor, was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1981, and co-founded Overland LLP in 2013 after practicing at Thomson Rogers and McCarthy Tetrault.
