About Michael

Michael Cara's practice is specialized in land development law, acting for real estate developers and landowners as both advocate and strategic advisor. He has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and the Toronto Local Appeal Body. Since joining Overland in 2018, he has worked on intensification projects across Ontario including mixed-use developments, condominiums, purpose-built rental buildings, and industrial facilities.
