About Daniel

Daniel Tapp is the senior counsel and owner of Daniel Tapp Law Firm Professional Corporation in Regina, with more than 35 years of experience concentrated in serious personal injury and family law. He began his career in 1982 with his own practice, Tapp & Silversides, which later merged with Mitchell, Taylor, Mattison, Ching in Saskatoon, where he served as a senior partner before founding his current firm. Daniel has recovered millions of dollars for clients, including children and adults seriously injured by medical negligence and in slip and fall cases, and is willing to take cases to trial when necessary. He lectured in Business Law for ten years at the University of Regina's Faculty of Business Administration and has trained articling students and argued cases across Canada and the United States. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in 1978 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa in 1981.
