About Bode

Bode Odetoyinbo has practised law for over 28 years, focusing exclusively on personal injury and criminal defence cases. He was called to the bar in Nigeria in 1986 and to the Ontario bar in 2007. He has extensive trial experience in personal injury as well as adult and youth criminal matters, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice on a wide range of civil and criminal matters. Bode has mentored numerous students-at-law and lawyers newly called to the bar, and has served as an articling principal. He has been featured in the Toronto Star and contributes to community newspapers, and is a member of the Peel Criminal Lawyers Association and the Peel Law Association.
