About Bob

Bob is a partner practising in personal injury, insurance, disability (LTD, CPP-D), and civil litigation. He has argued successfully at all levels of court in Nova Scotia, as well as in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. Bob has been consistently listed in Best Lawyers in Canada for personal injury since 2007 and recognized by Lexpert as a leading lawyer since 2019, and received his King's Counsel designation in 2020. He graduated from Dalhousie University in 1993 and the University of New Brunswick Law School in 1998, and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1999. Bob is Co-Chair of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia Liaison Committee and Chair of the Law Office Management Committee for the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, and has a long history of community involvement, including with the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Last Post Fund.
