About Bill
Bill graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1980 and a law degree in 1981, practised law in Saskatoon, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1993. He practises wills, estates, conveyancing, trusts and commercial law, with legal services provided through William W. Oliver Law Corporation. He volunteers with the Kaleden fire department and has coached hockey, baseball and speed swimming.
