About Tom

Tom was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, earning a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Regina and an LL.B. from Queen's University. He was called to the BC Bar in 1987 and practised with Boughton Peterson Yang Anderson in Vancouver before moving to Penticton in 1993. He practises corporate/commercial, real estate, wills and estates, foreclosures and employment law, with legal services provided through Thomas A. Kampman Law Corporation.
