About Megan

Megan earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 2010 and a JD from Hofstra University in New York in 2013. She was called to the bar in New York in 2014 and in British Columbia in 2015, and received accreditation from the Law Society of British Columbia as a family law ADR professional in 2018. Her practice centres on family litigation and mediation, including desk order divorce, separation agreements, custody and support matters, with additional work in civil litigation, real estate, wills and estates. She is involved with Penticton Women in Business and the local Chamber of Commerce, and mediates for Access Pro Bono's Virtual Family Mediation Project.
