About Bethany

Bethany Hutlet, born and raised in Winnipeg, graduated from the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law in 2019 and completed her articles in Kenora, Ontario, at a firm serving First Nation clients in Treaty 3, 5 and 9 territories. She was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2021 and practiced corporate/commercial law, real estate, and wills and estates at Fast Trippier Clunie Wittman LLP before joining Taylor McCaffrey LLP in 2023, where she now focuses on wills and estates. Bethany has volunteered as a supervising lawyer for the Trans ID Clinic and with several Robson Hall student groups, including the Mental Health Group, which she co-founded.
