About Bernie

Bernie Keating is a lawyer with Ares Law, based in Bracebridge and also serving clients in Parry Sound. He returned to Northern Ontario, where he grew up, after practising for 22 years in Southern Ontario. His practice centres on residential real estate transactions, mortgages and land development, along with wills, powers of attorney and estate administration. He also advises on professional corporations for physicians, lawyers and accountants, and has litigation experience in real estate, wills and other civil matters. He holds an LL.B. from Queen's University and was called to the bar in 1995, after earlier degrees in theology and economics, philosophy, and economics.
