About Babak

Babak Vosooghi practised litigation in Iran for a decade, including before the Supreme Court of Iran, and served as legal advisor to the Centre for International Legal Affairs and to Bank Melli of Iran. He earned a PhD in international financial law from Shahid Beheshti University and a GPLLM from the University of Toronto before being called to the Ontario bar, and now focuses on civil litigation and immigration law.
