Vosooghi Law Professional Corporation is a small firm based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, serving clients across York Region and the Greater Toronto Area in English and Persian. Founder Dr. Babak Vosooghi built the practice around civil litigation, criminal defence, and immigration law, with further work in corporate and commercial matters, wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, and notarial services. Before moving to Canada, Vosooghi spent ten years litigating in Iran's courts, including matters before the Supreme Court of Iran, and served as a legal advisor to Iran's Centre for International Legal Affairs and to Bank Melli Iran. Vosooghi holds a PhD in international financial law from Shahid Beheshti University and completed a GPLLM at the University of Toronto before being called to the Ontario bar.

The firm counts more than 20 years of combined litigation experience, split between civil disputes such as breach of contract and insurance claims, and criminal matters ranging from bail hearings to impaired driving and fraud charges. Two other staff round out the practice: an office manager with a law degree from Azad University, and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who spent fifteen years founding and running language institutes in Iran before moving into Canadian immigration work. Vosooghi also acts as a notary public and commissioner of oaths in Ontario, handling affidavits and statutory declarations directly rather than referring clients elsewhere.
