About Austin
Austin Cooper graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law and was called to the bar in August 2024. He joined Scott & Beaven Law Office in January 2026 and practices exclusively in criminal defence, representing individuals in both trial and appellate courts. Before joining the firm, Austin gained experience acting on a wide range of Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act matters, including homicides, drug trafficking, firearms offences, sexual and other assaults, and domestic violence matters, and he has appeared before courts in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.
